Maria Peña

Maria is the Assistant Director of Administration for the Mignone Center for Career Success (MCS), the Lemann Program on Creativity and Entrepreneurship (LPCE), and the Summer Funding and Study Abroad Office (SFSAO). She provides budget oversight, processes financial and administrative transactions, and supports departments with human resources–related matters. Prior to joining Harvard, Maria worked as an elementary school teacher and held positions in early childhood education and healthcare.

Maria holds a B.A. in American Studies and Teaching & Learning Studies from Wellesley College and an M.Ed. in Learning & Technology from Western Governors University.
